NEW RELEASE - Book Description - 2015

Drake Sanders Lighthouse_Thumb.jpghas a great life. He enjoys his job, is planning to marry the woman he loves and has a low golf handicap. An editor of a small daily on the North Carolina coast, he is investigating a bizarre murder, with possible supernatural overtones. He is also akin to Job, for the powers of darkness have been ordered to kill or destroy him. In a short time, he will be dealing with murderous locals, professional hit men, corrupt businessmen and demonic entities.

Like Job, he has three friends. Harry Denton is a reporter and an intercessor who has insight into spiritual matters. Tiffany Sanderson is a broadcaster who lost a local beauty pageant because it was rigged. Tracy Sundelin is an intelligent 13-year-old girl with incredible faith. They will be drawn into the battle and their lives too will be on the line.

As the vultures of evil circle, a cosmic conflict of good vs. evil will ensue. As the battle wages, there is no mercy asked and no quarter given. Even for 13-year-old Tracy, it is kill or be killed.

The four desperately hope, and believe, that God will not stand silent in a time of crisis.

The novel is not only a suspenseful thriller, it also re-examines beliefs about the Book of Job in light of modern revelation and provides the reader with scriptural insight.

Book Description April 10, 2008

In the balkanized, bizarre, politically correct world of the future, sin has not yet been eradicated. Neither has murder... Private detective Jerico Drake is a tough guy. He's used to dealing with a world that has basically rejected goodness. With the nation now balkanized into white, black, and Hispanic sections, and the new breed of "genrich" (genetically sculptured) humans, technology has given evil a few more wrinkles. Drake's client, the young and lovely Lori Hallendorf, seems like a light in the midst of darkness.even though her life has been marred by tragedy. As Drake investigates her brother's murder, he discovers that he's been targeted by an unrelenting assassin-a robotic killer with a shocking kind of artificial intelligence. In a world of nanotechnology and genetic engineering, where fantasies are easily fullfilled but dreams turn to ashes, Drake must pursue a deadly trail that will show him both the worse, and the best, of humankind.

The Left Hates Those Who Hate Evil

Those who don’t fight evil hate those who do.

This is a defining characteristic of the American left. That is why the left loathed President Ronald Reagan for labeling the Soviet Union an “evil empire”: He judged and confronted communism, the greatest evil in the world after World War II.....Today, the world’s greatest evil is Islamism (the movement to impose Islam and its Shariah on society). - But the left hates anti-Islamists generally, not just Netanyahu. They have successfully demonized anti-Islamists and even critics of Islam as “Islamophobes,” meaning anti-Muslim “bigots” and “haters.” Pamela Geller is now chief among them.

(This is incredibly insightful and, I think, absolutely true.)
