Washington D.C. Is Sinking...

...but not fast enough.

Baltimore Killings Soar to 43-year High

Guess that black lives matter thing isn't working out too well. Maybe they need more police on the streets.

Wonder if This Happens Often?

ATM-filling workers forget bag of $141,000 on a lawn. (Amazingly, they were immediately offered a job with the federal government - Dept. of the Treasury.)

About that Third Term....

According to Rasmussen 63 percent of all likely voters would reject a third term. That grows to a whopping 93 percent among Republicans and is still a solid 68 percent among independents

(Glad to see at least some people have come to their senses.)

About That Terrorism Threat

An Army intelligence bulletin is warning U.S. military personnel to be vigilant after Islamic State militants called on supporters to scour social media for addresses of their family members – and to “show up [at their homes] and slaughter them."

(But remember, it's the right-wing extremists who are the real problem.  Except of course if you're an unborn baby, then its leftwing terrorists you have to worry about.)

Protecting the Corrupt and Incompetent

President Obama threatened to veto the Veterans Affairs Accountability Act in a statement on Wednesday....The bill would expand the VA’s ability to fire incompetent or corrupt employees. It is a follow-up to the 2014 Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act, which extended that ability to top executives at the agency. The new bill would go beyond just executives to lower level employees.

(Yes, Democrats have to protect the corrupt and incompetent or they would lose their voter base.)

This Doesn't Sound Good

IAEA Refuses to Brief Senate on Iran Nuclear Deal, even in a classified meeting.  (This means the Senate should not approve the deal.)

Guess It's a Hazard in New England

Stuck: Drivers unable to move after N.H. highway syrup leak

There's Good News and Bad News

The Good News: Priest performs exorcism from a helicopter to banish evil from town. The Bad News: The town wasn't Washington D.C. (Well, maybe next time.)

Worst Expansion Since World War II
