Hope ESPN Will Not Go Wobbly...

ESPN is standing by NBA reporter Chris Broussard after his controversial comments about Jason Collins, the NBA player who on Monday became the first active participant in a major men’s pro sport in the U.S. to publicly say that he is gay.

(By controversial, the writer means Broussard has a  Christian view.)

So Much For Diversity

A revealing new book from one of the media's longest serving White House correspondents reports that President Obama surrounds himself only with "idolizers," and top aides make sure that those whose view might "shake him up too much" are shoved aside.

(It's written by Kenneth Walsh, the U.S. News and World Report correspondent who has covered the White House for 25 years.)

Taxpayers Subsidized the Boston Bombers

More Corruption, More Waste

Pigford was the federal government’s wildly profligate program to compensate minority and women farmers for alleged discrimination. The government rigged the game against itself and in favor of anyone claiming taxpayers’ dollars. It was like a gambling house that fixed its slot machines to always come up triple cherries (and pay out other people’s money).

(It seems the administration simply "assumed" there was discrimination and, in essence, opened the national treasury to highway robbery.)

About That Obama Economy...

To put it in the most scientific of terms - We're still stuck in the muck.
